What's a Brother Deluxe worth

Hi guys, so I picked up this Brother Deluxe pretty cheap at a yard sale over the weekend and I think I'm gonna resell it instead of keeping it because I have a good working typewriter and as much as I would just like to add to my collection, I als figured I could possibly get good cash from this because I've seen prices around a couple hundred for these. I just wanna found out how legit and realistic my thoughts are though because the typewriter is in a very good shape (surprisingly), the keys all work, carriage moves smoothly, and the case isn't beat up too bad.
If I'm not gonna make that couple of hundred bucks from it then I think I'd rather just keep it. Its a BD 760TR by the way

Great find! I got a BD 760TR at a market last year for $30 and sold it for $140 after cleaning it and adding a new ribbon. Prices change depending on where you sell and who's buying, but if yours works and looks nice, asking around $150–200 is fair. If it doesn't sell, it's still a cool one to keep!

My sis got a Brother Charger 11 at a flea market last year. It looked really good. Online prices can look high, but what people really pay depends on the type, shape, and when you sell.

Have you looked at sold listings on eBay or Etsy? That shows what people actually paid. The BD 760TR sounds like a good one, especially if it works well!

That's a solid score! The BD line is well-regarded, they're really popular! That couple hundred range is realistic for one in great shape with a good case, especially if the platen and feed rollers aren't rock-hard and the ribbon is fresh. If you're looking for an idea of current value, I'd check sold listings on eBay, like look at what people actually paid. Also check Etsy for an idea of high-end, restored prices. I think you'll get the best money by cleaning it up thoroughly and making sure it types a crisp, clean line before you list it. Good luck!
