Hi all,
Remember when letters had personality beyond Comic Sans? When correspondence had that satisfying ding at the end of each line? I'm proposing we bring back something magical: typewritten pen pal exchanges!
Years ago, I was part of a fountain pen forum where members paired up as pen pals across the globe. The result? A thriving network of ink-stained friendships, beautiful handwritten letters, and mailboxes that actually mattered. People were excited to check their mail! Why not do the same with our beloved typewriters?
Imagine the joy of:

Who's in? Let's turn our typing obsession into something beautifully analog and wonderfully human. Because nothing says "I took time to think about you" quite like cranking a sheet of paper into a 70-year-old machine and pecking out a heartfelt letter.
Best wishes,
Ezra
PS Correction tape mishaps and ribbon smudges only add character!

Imagine the joy of:
- Getting a crisp, perfectly imperfect(!) letter typed on a 1952 Royal Quiet De Luxe
- Trading stories about ribbon hunting adventures and platen restoration victories (or just about life in your city!)
- Sharing the unique "voice" of each machine - from the whisper of an Olympia SM9 to the authoritative CLACK of an Underwood Standard
- Creating physical documents that won't disappear in a server crash or get lost in the digital void
