What machine is great to use for kids?

I’m starting a small after-school program to teach kids how to type on typewriters. I have a few machines but some are too heavy or stiff for little hands. Any suggestions for kid-friendly models? Also, how do you keep them from jamming the keys when they get excited? thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I introduced typewriters in my classroom last year and for kids we use lightweight Smith-Corona portables from the 60s.

The keys are softer, so little hands don’t struggle as much. made a game out of “gentle typing,” where kids earn points for fewer jams. It kept them mindful without feeling strict.
