Hello, I recently got an Olivetti Valentine. Great price, but the thing is that it has a broken mainspring. The coil is completely shattered so no possibility on reusing it. Does anyone have any advice on which other Olivetti typewriters share the same mainspring so I can look for a donor machine?I read somewhere that the spring from a retractable tape measure can be used too, any thoughts on this?
