Want to boost your typing speed? A few fun drills and daily practice can sharpen accuracy, build muscle memory, and make typing feel effortless. Let’s dive into some easy exercises to keep your fingers flying!

Why Practice?
Speed and accuracy come from muscle memory. Regular drills keep your fingers sharp and fluid.

Simple Drills
Home Row Warm‑Up:
Type asdf jkl; repeatedly to build rhythm.
Word Bursts: Pick short words (cat, dog, run) and type them 10 times each.
Sentence Flow: Practice pangrams like “The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.”
Number & Symbol Mix: Add 1234 or ! #$ to keep fingers versatile.

Fun Challenges
Time yourself for one minute and count words typed.
Try “no‑look” typing. Cover your hands and rely on touch.
Race against a friend or set personal records.

Quick Tip
Consistency beats speed. Practice daily in short bursts, and speed will naturally follow.
