Thinking of switching to Dvorak

Been using QWERTY forever but recently got curious about the Dvorak layout, just found out about it! I type a lot on my typewriter and wonder if switching would help with speed or comfort. Anyone here made the jump?

I heard that there are Drovak typewriters, but they're very rare. so, good luck finding them
